  • i'm actually crying right now. i am so sorry for your loss. i lost it when i saw the car.

  • So very sad! I lost my husband in a head on collision with a Semi. He was texting! I know only too well the pain of a loss like this!

  • I am so very sorry for your loss! Something I found that was kinda scary to me, is I had a major car wreck on October 1st of this year. I had two of my best friends ejected, and me and my other friend stayed in the car, but were all seriously hurt. I thank God no one died! I am deeply sorry for your loss, no amount of time can heal the pain of loosing a child! God Bless You!!

  • Thank you for having the courage to post this heart wrenching story . . . eventually, through efforts like yours, we may be able to put a stop to drunk driving.

In response to "its not entirely related to alcohol, I would just add that alcohol seriously impairs your judgment and ability to make good decisions. Driving 75 in 25 is not a decision most sober drivers will make.

  • omg. You're right!

This story let me think about it.....

i see it's hard for you man....

I wish you much strength for you and you're

    Rest in peace

  • I have a 16 year old named Corey who is the best kid I could ever ask for. He is most likely a lot like your Kory and I can't imagine life without him. YOUTH in itself is probably the most dangerous part of life itself. The feeling of being unstoppable and immortal as a kid creates lack of good judgement and a false sense of strength at times. I am so so sorry for your loss and I will be showing your tribute/lesson to my two teens. God bless you and make you strong! always be proud of who he was

  • pray 4 the atheist18505 god bless you way to young reckless or not still to young we all sin jesus loves you all

  • Very sorry for your loss. Thank you for having the courage to make this video during your own suffering to help others. God bless you.

  • IF HE HAD A STRONG ROLECAGE IN HIS CAR HE WOULD HAVE SURVIVED

  • sad story someway dont wona drink anymore

  • I, Kory's mother, is also grateful that my son's reckless behavior didn't hurt or kill anyone else. I don't usually respond 2 comments made here, especially the neg 1's..u are entitled to your opinion. This video was not made by me to gain sympathy, It was made so that perhaps someone would refrain from making those bad choices. You are correct those who are left behind from sometthing like this r bound by ones bad choices ~ The video was made for that purpose! Grateful 4 ur sympathy. Peace

  • @loveukory Thankyou for posting this vid. It was very honest and too the point. Driving Drunk or just having a couple of drinks,a toke or two...leads to reckless behavoir, nothing to debate here. I am just glad that you called a spade a spade. That kind of honesty is hard to find . Hard to know what's beter when you're a little or a lot intoxicated especially if your'e feelin like you are Superman or Mario Andretti,he was just a kid,you know what I mean. Judgement has a way of disappearing, PEACE

  • It is sad to see someone lose their life, over poor choice's. I have lost several friends become victims of someone else's bad choices. I have very little sympathy for those who act so reckless, not only are they putting their own life at risk, those who drink and drive, or drive with reckless regard, put innocent people's life at risk. I am sorry for your loss, we are all bound by the choices we make both good and bad. Your son had to learn the "hard way". I am grateful he did not kill anyone.

  • I am so sorry for your loss,I have posted this on my son's page so he know's that even beautiful, smart ,people can get caught up in the moment and it would kill me as well to lose him .You are very brave, and truly caring people to post this .

  • Sad story---alcohol has ruined many lives

  • PURE IGNORANCE CAUSED HIM HIS LIFE. YET, I AM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

  • Dear loveukory, Im really sad because of that what happend to Kory, i hope kory is always gonna remember you.

  • I am so sorry to hear about your son's death. Too many deaths. My 16 year old sister died in a car crash when she fell asleep behind the wheel. Her death devastated the transport driver who had no possible chance to avoid the crash. My entire life seemed like it ended when I heard about it. It impacted every family member and all who knew her. I decided that I wouldn't drive...ever. Good choice...I have sleep apnea. God blees you and know that Kory will never be gone from your heart or memories

  • Sorry but if he'd of hit a load of kids the story would have been different.

  • im realy sorry for you and your family RIP kory

  • So sorry about your son. My son has been involved in 2 drunk driving crashes, the last one you would think he had died as the car did not look like anyone could have lived. He was driving alone both times, he was lucky - I was lucky. He does not drink and drive anymore.

  • My daughter was on the back of an atv, her boyfriend was drinking, his atv hit the atv in front of him at 55 mph, my daughter flew off, the atv went up into the air, landed on top of her.

I am sorry that not all of our children are given a second chance, they deserve one. Kids are stupid, we are blessed with the ones who survive and with the memories of the ones who don't.

    So so sorry :(

  • Her femur split in half and was bent backwards behind her head, her face was mangled, the entire muscle was torn from her upper leg, she is still alive with a rod and a few reconstructive surgeries to her face. She lost all her teeth, I thank God she is still alive.

I am sorry that not all of our children are given a second chance, they deserve one. Kids are stupid, we are blessed with the ones who survive and with the memories of the ones who don't.

    So so sorry :(

  • Good thing that tree was there to block his stupid ass from killing people inside that house! Idiot kid!

  • HE WAS DODGING WHEN HE SHOULD OF BEEN WEAVING WITH A DRINK IN HAND LMAO!

  • FORGET THE VIDEO , DIG THE SONG !!!!

  • 75mph in 25mph zone at least it was only himself he killed.

  • This is very very sad and I am so very deeply sorry for your loss. I almost lost my life due to another driver being careless. I got clipped in the rain & spun out through 3 lanes on a highway ended up through a pole slicing through the middle of my car..It was the scariest thing ive ever been through however i was lucky that the car didnt hit the pole side on otherwise your son and i would be in the same place.... God bless your family...

  • My brother died in a car accident too at the age of 27 although he wasnt drunk cus its forbidden for muslims to drink. When ur time is over ,u have to die !! I can understand the pain cus im going through it.My brother was a doctor. His dream of becoming a surgeon gone too .Fuck Life

  • im so sorry for your loss. and i mean this from the bottom of my heart.

  • I am sorry for your loss. It is thoughtful of you to make this video which can be used by others to encourage safe choices. Thank you.

  • wow he is handsome

  • @Martinward10 But putting the words ffking c@nt on this page is respectful?? I am entitled to my opinion and I say how it is, Martin - your a mug

  • Sorry for your loss. But also I think he is a selfish person. Everything he done that night made that ending.

  • @nugsalmighty What are you thinking? How dare you disrespect this guy, he's clearly very traumatised by this & ur stupid ass comments aren't going to help him any.

  • Truly sorry for your loss. This video is very eye opening into what will happen with all the factors that he had against him...

  • i am very sorry for your lost

  • I feel ya,man. I lost my youngest brother to a speeding drunk driver. All because I talked my parents into his 1st sleep over. We were pickin wild strawberries about a mile away & heard the crash. Then,a few years ago,I got a call at work that the tuner we built for our older son was T-boned by an SUV with my wife in it. She was messed up real bad. the scene still reminds me of max & the interceptor. Peeps make bad decisions sometimes.

  • My Brother in laws wife was a pass & wasn't wearing a seat belt and was in a wreck someone hit them & she was in a coma due to brain damage in Nov 2010 & she was removed from support, she was 35 & had 5 kids, she was the only one hurt & to die,sad esp rt before Thanksgiving,X-mas,I have lost at least 5 friends, family in auto accidents & it needs to stop...I'm sorry to the mother of ur son ,I hope it may save another from a bad choice.

  • respect!

  • poor kid, and he was only a kid still, sad all over this sort of thing, the tree?well lets just say it stopped what could of been a real horror finish/ending for many other,s.non the less he was a kid and still very young and we can point fingers all day but we were all this age one time, and we all got away with some form of stupid/careless/dangerous act at 1 time or another at this age area.slow down, dont drink/drive and make it home ALIVE every time for christ sake young ones slow it down NOW.

  • @MrCommonSense100 fucking cunt

  • sorry for your loss. i know how hard it is for your family. my cousion was in a car accident in which he was drinking and driving. he were lucky to not lose him but it took him two more brushes with death and his friend killing him self to relize that he is to special tobe lost. i know its hard to say but he is in a better place and god will keep him in good arms till the day you can see him agin.

  • Sorry for your loss but I think alcohol played only a very minor role in your son's death, if any at all. We all hear the propaganda about driving drunk, but most people don't get behind the wheel and start racing and driving 50 over the speed limit. They're too busy worrying about a cop rolling up behind them and slapping them with a DUI. Not an advocate for drunk driving, just saying the root cause of this was reckless behavior. They should've known better, drunk or not drunk.

  • @fresaw1 Thank you for your condolence & Yes I have to agree in part...This was not entirely related to alcohol. He should have known better. In 2006 accidents claimed the lives at the rate of one every 39 minutes in the United States, based on the most recent data available (13,470 deaths in 2006 in crashes were caused by DUI drivers w/ 0.08 percent). About 2 out of every 3 teenagers killed in car crashes in 2008 were males...They should have known better too..Hence the reason for my video...

  • @fresaw1 Agreed... Drunk driving is bad and can only be compounded by recklessness..

  • @fresaw1 Just an addition to your already posted thought...Drunk driving IS reckless behavior.

  • nature cleaning up the gene pool, i dare you to remove this comment, your son was not the fine upstanding son of a bitch you claim him to be, he was 18, drinking, driving....racing. he asked for it

  • You are one brave person..thumbs up

  • very sad. im sorry for your loss

  • I am very sorr that is really sad but i dont think ppl have to go and tell the world about someone in your family that died, just what i think

  • SORRY FOR YOUR LOSE I ALMOST DIE 9-7-07 I WAS DOING 50 MPH WITCH WAS THE SPEED LIMIT A BLACK BEAR RAN OUT IF FRONT OF ME I HIT THE BEAR IF I HIT THE TRUCK OR THE TELPHONE POLE I WOULD BE DEAD TY GOD I AM STILL HERE WISH PEOPLE UNDER STAND SPEED KILLS DRUNK DRIVEING KILLS

  • why did u make a video of ur sons death........ it's a bit wierd

  • @70Alexed Not at all-It might make other young speedsters stop and think---/////PERHAPS////???

  • So very sorry for your loss. deeply sorry.

  • this is sad for you, i nearly crying and that's why i don't drive fast how old was he

  • @cryptoboy9943xxz my son had just turned 18...his first car...& yes it makes me sad when anyone dies this way...peace

  • @loveukory when you made this video did it make you feel sad even more and sorry for your loss

  • I watched ur video, I am truly sad for ur loss. I hope that someone watching this gets the point ur trying to make, I do. I showed this to my 18, 17 and 16 yr olds. They now understand why I am always "preach" to them about the responsibility of driving safe. Ty for posting and again sorry for your loss.

  • i think by putting the rock music to this video the parent was combining the elements of partying and having a good time to show just how severely the consequences can be. i see no wrong in what this parent did in setting that music to this.

    to loveukory and everyone else:

i truly wish that TELEVISION with frequency, would air these kind of home made videos of people killed in car crashes to wake people up against driving while intoxicated, speeding, using the phone/texting while driving, etc.

  • sorry for your loss

  • Im sorry for your loss.

Reminder to everyone out there- wear your seatbelts!

  • I'm so so sorry for your loss. We lost our daughter in 2006 in a car accident as well. Our hearts go out to you, and although it gets a little easier over the years, the pain never goes away. We think about our kids every day. We want people to know that it's not just drinking and driving, but also texting, talking on cell phones, and just being immature and reckless. Karlie was a huge advocate of wearing seat belts, but we were told she wasn't wearing hers. Please, please wear your seat belts.

  • AT LEAST NO INNOCENT PEOPLE WERE KILLED HERE. BETTER TO HIT A TREE, THAN A FAMILY WALKING ON THE SIDEWALK. DID HE WIN THE RACE?

  • @My1968Impala You lack complete respect for the nature of this video.

  • iam disgusted you would even put a video about your own sons death on youtube with rock music blarring.. seriously something disturbing about that.. am i the only one thinking this way or ami outta line here? lemme know please.. i feel for your family! r.i.p kory

  • @DavidW2340 U missed the point David, it went right over ur hollow head!

  • we know death but Jesus knows life! We will all be together at the table the lord has made ready for us all.

  • i am one heartless son of a fucking bitch LMAO, i care nothing for ppl my age or this dudes sons age, who drink and drive and die. i would laugh at my family member who would do the same thing. This is what happens when u listen to friends and not parents ROFL., i even laughed at the kids in the newspaper who drank and drove iand rolled their cars several times its hilarious how retarded my generation is these days haha :)

  • @TheWhatify Im going to pray for you every day for 5min... and I pray that the FATHER GOD touches your heart!!! GOD Bless you and Im sorry for calling you a joke..... in the name of JESUS CHRIST.....

  • @indianbiker777 heh, where was Jesus when this dudes son was in the car drunk? oh yea i know, waiting at his grave.

  • My condolence from my Family to yours... May GOD Comfort yours in this time of need....

  • @indianbiker777 God?? HA! what a joke

  • @TheWhatify I know its too bad that you are a Joke but no ones laughing...

  • Why does a car always finds itself crashing into a tree or lightpole? are there some magnetic forces involved or something?

  • I couldn't imagine going through what you did. I don't think I could do it.

  • I cannot comprehen the amount of pain you must be living everyday having to drive by the place your son was killed. This video is beautiful and it actually made me cry.

  • What an incredible tribute to a beautiful young man. You may very well have saved lives by posting this.

  • i know how u feel, my brother and his friend died from hitting a tree riding a 4-wheeler. my brother was wearing a helmet too.....it really sucks.

  • Thank you ~ I wanted it to make each & every viewer think before they act. Kory didn't want to die or hurt anyone. He loved life, love to make people smile. Kory would of wanted a video to touch Young people like himself. I have to pass by his accident scene on my way to & from work everyday & every time I hear of a young person dying like this, it hurts!!! I think of a life gone away too soon, a family whose life is forever changed because of it...& theres way too many!

    Peace & be safe

  • this video rilly tuched me im sooo sorry about ur son.

  • My deepest sympathy!

  • I hope you guys and girls can see what you could potentially do to your parents if you drive under the influence. Please, Please don't drive if you are messed up!

  • My condolences

  • this really touched my heart and its really sad. sorry for your loss.

  • Underage drinking, driving 3X the speed limit, racing, at least no INNOCENT people were hurt that night.

  • Thank you all for all your kind ..thoughtful msgs!

  • sorry for your loss; I dont know the pain of losing a child; I pray that you will one day be reunited with your beloved Kory...there were 4 wrecks last week and 2 were fatal...not alcohol related

I will never forget your son's story though RIP

  • So sorry for your loss. We think where so invincible. Were not.

  • Sorry to hear about your loss!!! My prayer is that you find peace in this difficult time...I've losed a few friends to similar accidents...I'm on the road a lot...and I notice it's young kids especially that are careless...this vid will hopefully let people know how fragile we actually are. Hang in there!!!

  • REST IN PEACE KORY

  • Had a friend that died the same way. Except he WAS wearing a seat belt. Hit a concrete barrier going 75mph down a major highway in the wrong direction. They said the seat belt held him to his seat but when you're going 75mph and come to a stop like that, the seat belt crushed his ribs, sending them into his organs. Plus the impact of the crash.

  • =][

  • we care about people please drive slow and dont drive drunk sincerely your fellow firefighter.

  • I'm so very sorry for your loss. I lost one of my best friends in a VERY simlar type of car accident. He also was drinking and driving and also hit a tree about 1/2 mile from his home. This was the 2nd child that his parents lost to drinking and driving. Thank you for posting and my thoughts are with you. People say it gets easier, but I know.... the pain and hurt is ALWAYS there.

  • @ Kingvenom7..the song is called "Sad Exchange" by Finger Eleven and thank you . We miss him vey much...

  • sorry for your loss, and nice song you use it for the tribute you made to him, what its called the song?

  • im so sorry for your loss ill try to make my kids aware of the dangers

  • I'm very sorry for you..

    God bless you

  • sorry for your loss, a child should never go before a parent, we are still grieving the loss of our godson Georgie, had just turned 20 and a passenger, driver survived, his father,my best friend is shattered, this only happened 3 weeks ago..im so sorry, will these kids learn from these tragic losses??

  • Damn sorry for your loss. =[ God bless you and your family.

  • very touching, this should air in every high school or something like it, if people, not just kids, would understand what drinking and driving did to people maybe they would think.

  • this viedo made me cry, i dont even know you but you have no idea how closely i can relate. 0ctober 25 2004 my brother got into a car accident street racing and died instantly. he was only 19. i am so sorry for your loss. i was wondering if you could make a viedo like this for me. write me a message if you will. please. you have no idea how much it would mean to me. God bless you. -Shaun

  • do not drink and drive. i cannot stress this enough! i was in an accident, i was drinking. i passed out at the wheel, and i was awoken by the sound of clanking on the hood of my car. when i opened my eyes i saw small trees being run down and then i saw a big tree. the only thing i had time to do was open my eyes and the only thought i had before i hit the tree was "oh shit" and then i closed my eyes. this all happened in a few seconds. my uncle is also paralyzed form drinking and driving.

  • If it stops one mother from having to go through the pain I have and many of us have..if it makes one person stop and think of the pain their actions will leave behind...

  • so sorry for your lost my heart goes out to you

  • To put these pictures and text together with that kind of music, takes a very disturbed mind.

So sad that youtube accepts these manipulations with senses.

    Its very very sick.

  • pbstratocaster its so sad that you were concieved, you should have been a blow job...

  • Thanks for your kind words.

  • You are pretty useless for your words. But that's ok because you just don't understand.
