Isn't this the vid they made you watch after you passed your license. In my view 0:32 there must have been N argument btw the motorcyclist N the van driver. Coz he diex2 dun wanna let the motorcyclist to pass and the motorcyclist diex2 want to pass. End up he wobble and fell. If the guy died i bet the driver will have a guilty feeling that will haunt him for life. Sometimes we have to give and take on the road. And drive slow doesn't mean safe. Access the situation. Know your vehicle limitation.

Then a few other vehicles came near the near the rider, we all thought that they were going to help but then they took off after looking at the motorbike's number.... Silly Singaporeans...
