Uh, wrong way around, buddy. Jazz and blues existed quite a few years before rock ever come around and those forms of music influenced rock and pop. Try finding any pop or rock artist that doesn't do something inspired by the blues. More than likely, it won't happen. Learn music history before you talk about it.
