Vanessa Redgrave is on screen for like 10 minutes and gets top billing and Sara Miles got 2nd billing on the opening credits was on screen for less than 5 minutes. David hemmings must have been pissed.
Only having watched the trailer reminds me of the movie Nine, which in turn is based off Federico Fellini's semi-autobiographical film 8½. Where the director/photographer (in this case) just sleeps with their work lol.
First saw this film in about 1975(on late night tv -which was around 11 .00p.m. in those days)and was absolutely transfixed by it! I didn't have a clue what it was about and i'm still not quite sure, but i have been a fan (or dare I say it -devotee)ever since.
One of my favourite movies of all time! i just can't get enough of it. I rented the dvd about 2 e months ago and then i watched over and over again..until i completely forgot to bring that one back to the store!
Antonioni is the master, Vanessa redgrave is stunning and overall the whole movie was greatest of all.
It's hypnotic, surreal, suspenful and ....it was just amazing!
Boh, a me ha ricordato vagamente "Così è se vi pare" , come anche Professione reporter mi ha ricordato un'altra opera sempre di Pirandello, forse devo solo smettere di fumarmi le canne:S
I first saw this movie in 2005, and I bought it soon after wards. I especially liked the scene of the Yardbirds playing at the ricky tick. A really kick ass scene, in my opinion.
I always got the feeling that this film was critical of the vapid illusion that was the 60s..

it's called swinging london era. The new beginning for british youth to make optimism and hedonism grow wildly in the society...
More like the first wave of sexual revolution euphoria
