Hi! I am trying Polyphasic Sleep and recording all my results, and how I'm feeling. I am specifically doing the Dymaxion Sleep Schedule(2hours a day) which is every 6 hours, you sleep for 30minutes. I discuss tips that I have found out from experience that can make the experience way easier to accomplish! Sorry if you call this spam, I thought that if your watching Polyphasic Sleep videos on youtube, you might want to read about my experience as well. I feel great!
Most important thing about the night/early morning periods, as you've discovered, is keeping busy. Take up some new hobbies or something. Reading books or watching movies is probably not a good idea, though.
Sorry about the spam! Nice job on all your videos on Dymaxion. Great job attempting to adapt!!
