  • I used to build game pc's like you but then I took an arrow in the knee

  • Comment removed

  • You make everything look easy :D

  • luv the case

  • i dont have a heat sink

  • 3:35 of course u are

  • is that 12gb of ram

  • Does your computer when you build it come with the operating system? or do ya gotta buy it sepreate

  • wow almost 4 min to put together a computer. that's fast.

  • fuck this..

  • Dude your arms look so gross. Eat something, you look like a corpse.

  • I LOVE UR CASE WHERED U GET THE CASE ALONE?

  • @Le0nLucky

    PSU..?

  • You need: A mother board A case A memory ram A DVD drive A card reader A graphics card A video card A sound card A processor That's all I think u need :D Thumbs up for my comment if it was the list off parts :)
  • I looked on your site for the list, but I guess you remade the site and the list isn't there anymore. I could use that list.

  • Smarter to use the 790fx. The new 890FX is a shortlived and dated chipset. When the 8 core cpu comes out you will see the the 990FX chipset and get the Bulldozer Zambezi will only use the new 990FX CHIPSET cause of the 24gb quad channel memorey configuration.

  • this pc be nice ohh

  • can i get a parts list that forum didnt list any.

  • Hey dude i have more questions. Should i just buy those from big store at finland? becouse i think they can cost little less

  • Thank you very much!

  • why so calm voice, good sir

  • Have you grounded or earthed yourself?!

  • we got the same power supply D:

  • Thank you for making this.Know i know little more bout Pc's. :)

  • AMD CPU and an nVidia card? That makes me cry. SIN!

  • would you be able to install an apple OS somehow on a custom?

  • @RowanTolley02 Yes, very easily.

  • @GarrettBMXes

    is it legal?

  • @RowanTolley02 Of course it is, why wouldn't it be?

You can buy OSX and install it just as you would a Windows OS.

  • lol gaming pc

  • wooow u puted much thermal paste man ,lol put more!!!!!

  • @oscar7610 You dont need a lot.... having too much will actually insulate the cpu instead of transfering the heat from it.

  • intel is only 1fps better than amd in gaming and it had been PROVEN there are BENCHMARKS of it

  • How goo a processor should be to get many fps? What combination of cpu-gpu should I use for my gaming pc?

  • I got a Pehom II 955 3.2 GHZ, Along with 8 Gigs of ram and 64 bit Winods7 to address it. And ATI HD 4830 Graphics card. It works great. Although I am thinking of upgrading the graphics card because I do loads of graphic designing.

  • Intel is the Best for gaming.

  • i would just like to point something out for the future when you build your next pc or anyone else comes to build/upgrade. I agree install what you can to the motherboard first then install that into the case, but then instead of doing what you done you could have plugged in the power switch and led plugs making it a whole lot easyer so your not shoving other cables aside to fit some really small connecters. Just my way of doing it tho try it and see if you find that easyer.

  • Good video. I enjoyed watching it. Good job.

  • I'm convinced that i'm going to build my next pc. Awesome guide! And what are the specs? I guess good because of the GTX 260.

  • Awesome! ^^ im building my own pc here soon we just need the parts :D

  • before all that takes place a key thing is CABLE MANAGEMENT. If the cables are wired through the back of the mobo tray it will maximize the intake and distribution of air in your case cooling it better, and making it look cooler too ;)

  • How many 3-pin connectors are usually on motherboards for Fans, ect? Im wondering if i wil have enough becuase my pc case has like 5-6 fans

  • It depends. I think mine has 2. I have the Antec 900 which comes with 4 case fans but they connect with a molex connector. If your fan is connected with a molex connector it may spin at a steady rpm, have a switch to change speeds, or have a fan controller.

  • @SuperPretendoShow If i connect directly to a molex though wont it just spin at max speed?

  • @FubuMushu Yes unless you have a fan controller or the fan has its own switches.

  • Hey

    how much did this cost?

    All together

  • It was about $700 last year.

  • @SuperPretendoShow only 700? dude what about now `?

  • Awesome tutorial man! 5/5 + fav

  • my pc spec:

    intel pentium dual core..

    2GB RAM

    128 MB graphic card

    100 GB SATA hdd

which part first that i need to upgrade to make a gaming pc??

  • The graphics card. I'd recommend an NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250

  • when i was playing L4D,the game does not run properly..sometimes it freezing..is that the graphic card problem??

  • I'm not really sure. Try making a post on the Left 4 Dead forums.

  • BTW, the mobo may not have a pci-e slot.

  • thanks for this, its rly well explained.

  • price rang on the beauty? (for building it?

  • About $700

  • Does that baby run Crysis?

  • Yes.

  • I haven't started building my own PC yet, and haven't ever done it before. Your video, and another video I seen makes it look really easy, but the only complicated part I see is the wiring...Is that hard?

  • Would it hurt if I accidentally put too much thermal gel onto the cpu?

Why are the cords so messy is that a problem?

Why does that fan on the computer sound so loud?

Whats an anti static bracelet for? :d

Sorry new to building a computer, and want to try it. :d Should I use rubber bands for the cords so they're not so messy or is it fine?

  • 1. No it would just make a poor conductor for the heat and at most the computer would shut off if the temperatures got too high.

    2. The wires may obstruct airflow and the overall temperature in the case will be higher.

    3. Your fan speed is at a high RPM. You may or may not be able to lower it depending on the type of connections it has.

    4. The bracelet is to prevent your parts from being broken due to static electricity.

  • How do you clean up the wires? :o & How much thermal gel is enough?

  • You can cable ties to keep them together and just use a small blob of thermal paste.

  • good vid

  • Nice video. 5/5

    Cheers

    LazyMan :-)

  • lol

  • What's that? Would I need one if I decided to build a PC?

  • @XxKrazyPwnageXx Not really. Just touch any metal part of the case, that way you can also discharge yourself.

  • i like this. nice job.

  • monster graphic card :P

  • lol gtx260 monster grapic card ?

  • You sounds like a freaking hobo.

  • good video man.

  • Thank You for uploading this.

  • Great video dude. I have a question though. If I was going to install dual or triple channel memory, how would I know which slots to install them to on the motherboard?

  • The colors usually match. Like on mine there's 2 yellow slots and 2 red slots.

  • Good job except were you grounded?

  • No. I don't have anything to ground myself at the moment. But I made sure not to wear socks.

  • Socks have nothing to do with it. You have static on you no matter what. You should always wear an antistatic bracelet at all time while handling computer parts. If you touched these without being grounded it would not be uncommon to experience computer problems due to accidentally static shocking parts, just so you know if you are having issues with your computer. In the future make sure you use antistatic bracelets. I would hate to see someone put together a comp and have it be shocked and not

  • work because you didn't wear a little bracelet. Oh yea do you have a steam account? maybe we could play TF2 or L4D sometime.

  • Yeah it's "Clarkek".

  • mine is SuperLink. I added you my name should be SonnoMaku after you accept

  • Wrong, it's not absolutely essential to wear an anti-static wristband. Instead, you can immediately discharge yourself by touching a grounded object. By not wearing socks does help, because if he were to be standing on a carpet surface whilst operating a desk, he would be charging static surge of electricity.

  • you build up static no matter what unless your constantly grounded. yes you can discharge yourself by touching a grounded object but do you want to be touching it the whole time? no thats why you put on the antistatic bracelet and connect it to the metal part of your case. You always have static even if you dont think you do. I don't care if you dont ground yourself properly while you work on your computer but I am going to while I work on mine.

  • can you possibly do longer and more advanced pc buildings ?

  • just want to include that you make sure to ground yourself before touching any computer parts (prevent static electricity)

    great pc building guide
