My mom has been working at poland springs for five years and they are not taking anyones water except for the water that nestle owns not the towns and do you think that the water that they are taking is the entire towns water supply it isnt. Poland Springs used to be a local Maine company, but it is now owned by the Nestle Corp. Local reaction to Nestle's barrage of slick advertising was negative. Nestle also sent out two mailing with erroneous hours for when folks could vote, launched a smear campaign against leaders of the resistance, and harrassed them by calling in false complaints of vandalism.
