Winston Shrout offers a popular seven-part series of seminars and sells several books and DVDs through his website. His materials focus on the "commercial process," instructing clients in the use of IRS Form 1099-OID to solve all of their tax and debt problems.Shrout currently has $50,000 in outstanding tax liens, declared personal bankruptcy in 2001, and lost three federal civil cases in the last 10 years, including one in which a major bank sued both Winston and his sham "freeman" company.
A piece of paper, is never and will never be close to the value of the thing it is purported to represent. The reason why this is so, is self evident in the behavior of the mass murdering Debt Syndicate today. There is NO substitute, for monetary metal in-hand.
Seriously, thank you for posting these. I've watched all of Creditors in Commerce & Winston's stuff available on-line, as well as Rob Menard and John Harris for the freeman viewpoints. Common Law is still available, but one must do all commerce in real money or barter, and debts are due immediately. The moment we deal in notes and securities and statutes, we are dealing in Admiralty/Commerce, and must abide by those rules. No middle ground.
