Ignorant and delusional. Pure and simple. Given the explosion in molecular biology and related fields in the last 50 years, it should be easy for people to educate themselves if they care about this topic.
@hcchang10 I know!! And yet people STILL believe in the evolution fairy tale. The ignorance of modern science amongst evolution-believers is indeed staggering!
read the anti-evolution comments to this very video mate. These are the people representing creationism. I agree, keeping science -science, if someone can come up with a scientific theory that explains the creation of life without evolution then ill certainly listen and take it in, if it works and fits im open to changing my views on the subject.
@y9dnkbe I think you're not aware of what evolution is about. Evolution is a theory that explains how one organism transitions into another. It has nothing to say about the creation of life itself, and only acts on existing life. You may not have heard that before, because they won't teach you this, but if you look into it, you'll see that it's true. Evolutionists have no answer for creation, and even Dawkins has said that he's open to panspermia. ie. alien life. But then how was THAT created?
the bible in genesis speaks of 6 creative days. the translation actually brings out that 'day' refers to a period of time of unknown length and not a 24 hour day period.
Evolution is a theory.. "The word theory derives from the Greek 'theoria', which has the same root as 'theatre', in a word meaning 'to view' or 'to make a spectacle'. Thus, it might be said that a theory is primarily a form of insight, i.e. a way of looking at the world, and not a form of knowledge of how the world is." -- David Bohm
what has the fact that evolution is a theory have to do with anything, it's a theory because there is no way of seeing such a slow process. what would you call god then?
I have seen a woman's leg grow 1 1/2 inches from 5 feet in front of my eyes when a very quiet and humble man leant down, held her short leg, and merely whispered the name "Jesus". It immediately became the same length as the other one. Not tricks, just a bona fide miracle. It was not such a slow process.
iv watched venom xs arguments and i personally much prefer ur style, i tend lean towards evolution but that doesnt mean i know it, nor do i h8 christians. they have slightly less proof as us but we dnt really have proof either that we can see sort of links in fossils. it is jst what i chose to believe. i encourage debate. watch venom x, u will find him interesting i find him condesending and his argument weak. my motto believe what you want but dnt force it upon others
Yes, if the comment genuinely brings something real and new to the table, based on modern research, not nonsense try-hard rebuttals of ID science that are nothing more than more wishful thinking.
Very well put. And the arguments you provide in the comments for this video are very well said. It's obvious you've done your homework, thanks for being yet another one individual who stands up against the oppressive nature of the Darwinist monstrosity. I applaud you and your efforts Israel. Also loved how you brought up the Cambrian explosion =) More people really do need to be educated in the fatal flaws of Darwinistic evolution.
Refute any of those premises and ID, as it currently stands, falls.
Or simply put, show how the bacterial flagellum could have arisen through naturalistic means alone, and ID has been falsified.
ID can be falsified. ID is a science.
You can blow the out-of-tune trumpet that ID is religion all you like, but ID is a science that is researched in labs, not Sunday schools. ID is the study of information.
You are a bit out of date since the flagellum has been shown to not be irreducibly complex in the sense that Behe meant by irreducible complexity. First we must agree on a definition of irreducible complexity, we will use Behe's definition since this is the only definition that can falsify evolutionary theory. The definition is that the systems are to complex to have evolved from simpler systems. The bacterial flagellum however can be reduced. (cont.)
Blah blah blah... the guys goes on about the BF having evolved from a type 3 secretory system. This is text-book of people today who try to defend evolution. The BF could not have evolved from a t3ss and that has been accepted by those still trying to disprove that the BF is irreducibly complex. It is this sort of WAY behind the current research comments which is the reason that 9 out 10 comments left here are deleted. The same obsolete arguments, unaware of current research. Go learn something
ID theory on the other hand could easily be falsified.
1) High information content (or specified complexity) and irreducible complexity constitute strong indicators or hallmarks of (past) intelligent design.
2) Biological systems have a high information content (or specified complexity) and utilize subsystems that manifest irreducible complexity.
3) Naturalistic mechanisms or undirected causes do not suffice to explain the origin of information (specified complexity) or irreducible complexity.
I am getting really tired of the willful ignorance of so many people posting comments here, hence I am not allowing them.
But since you raise various issues in a single email, and display that profound ignorance so clearly, I have to allow the world too see it.
Darwinism can be falsified, and is BEING falsified through mounting evidence. Irreducible complexity alone is doing that very nicely. And don't bring up co-option either, that just proves you don't understand irreducible complexity.
Ever notice how evolutionists have hateful protest rallies at the museum for Creationists, but the Creationists don't have hateful protest rallies for evolution museums?
That tells me plenty.
And the fact that they'd follow the word of some old goat named Darwin who was angry at God because his daughter died is just plain absurd.
And with how obsessed they are with "evidence", you'd think they'd pay attention at all the evidence against them. But noooo.
Clearly you know a lot about the fossil record :)
The fossil record has been backed away from as an evidence for evolution because events like the Cambrian Explosion undermine evolution while supporting ID theory. Then there's the fact that phyla decrease through time not increase, again undermining evolution and supporting ID theory.
So perhaps it's better to say, ID has the fossil record, ID wins.
I saw Expelled as well and found it shocking. What you say is true. Anybody who wants to change academia's discrimination must see this film. It is an eye opener. Imagine how our kids are being taught today. They cannot see the two sides of any argument because they are not taught how to think. They are told what to believe, what to think, and are punished for seeing things differently. And we are paying for this! I've experienced it and so have you.
I like this guy.
