great video, really helpful too, i am 5ft 11 and i struggle with a couple of dudes in my gym who are 6ft 6. So i'm the smaller guy and also the southpaw. The smaller guy is showing me how to get on the inside well.

That was awesome. They were going hard, but nobody seemed to get too busted up. Technique and speed were great. Wish I could operate on that level. Gave me something to shoot for.

damn this is one of the best sparring matches ive seen on youtube.or anywhere at that.gatta say tthough the one thing the small guy shouldve concentrated more on is his body..to slow em down.he kept trying to land head shots.i should know im 5 '4.does anybody know what weight class the tall guy is?definetely though a very good sparring session.

What gym is this?

Nice vid but I realy don't understand correcting everything but the text book tells you. Tall guys hands always down, should keep more of a distance with the jab, I don't think either one of them step in when they punch, Do coaches teach "in and out" any more with foot work?

The tall guy gets hit in the head way to many times for his hit and reach.
