  • George played in all the airport movies.

  • Alguém sabe onde baixo esse filme ou os outros Aeroportos Dublado ou com Legenda em Portugues? desde já agradeço a todos..

    _____

Does anyone know where this film down or other Airports or XviD with subtitles in Portuguese? I thank everyone ..

  • i enjoyed them all until the forth one :/

  • 3:14 WOW, BIG SHOT OF THE 747 LANDING AT DULLES, I LIKE THAT SCENE

  • This was the first of the Airport movies that I saw before Airport, Airport '75 then Airport '79 and they all were fantastic.

  • Great theme.

  • Viscaya estate in Miami, FL for sure. Nice bell 206 landing. Lang produced stick shot same area 1985

  • Reminds me of the Miami film work in Stick with B. Reynolds

  • LOVE THAT THEME.

I went so far as to track down a Japanese 45RPM of it (turned out to be an electronic-pop version). Have rips from the opening/end credits on my MP3 player and have learned to block out the dialog interruptions.

  • I think the sound mix on this should have special DVD release with original mono mix and a newly created with most of the original soundtrack elements in DOLBY STEREO DIGITAL 6channel.

The score is bit thin on dynamics. The opening few seconds had bass line that sounds like it was somewhere between 30 and 40Hz?.

The dialogue mix isn't too bad its the rest of the effects used that sound underwhelming.

  • Do you have Airport, Airport 1975, and Airport '79 The Concorde that you can upload in parts as well?

  • I chuckle when I see the opening of the plane flying directly over the Capitol (a no-no) and landing at Dulles, which is about 20 miles outside DC:-)

  • wow i didn't no american airlines had 747 once. Why did they retire them.

  • @UFO721 They were unprofitable, I think. It started with the oil crisis in the early 70's and they had all been swapped to Pan Am by the early 80's.

  • @UFO721 Yes they were great years a go, in my opinion the best looking 747, I just think all Boeings, and aircraft for thet matter, look better in polished metal.

  • @UFO721 the 747 that you are watching that belong to american aiorlines is the same one who has gone into NASA's hands

  • Wow, that's unmistakably the Viscaya estate in Miami, FL. I've been there a couple times myself.

  • For anyone who is interested, my version has better sound and quallity.
