In some cases, (when i'm close to them) they are on bodyguard mode, which means I share any damage between them, if they are ordered to attack or set to aggressive, bodyguard - all system shut down!
In the case of hamidon, i summon a full team, THEN send them where they're needed as (unless they have a decent damage capability by themselves and preferably a healing capability, going that close to hamidon is like drinking a bottle of concentrated hot sauce.
