Why do Black Women/Men crossover to Whites looking for better??

In general majority of people stick to their race regardless. But I use to agree with my peer that if a black person get with a white person then they are a sell out. I would hear sistas stated how could this guy walk around being with that white girl, yet later on they start dealing with a white dude. I,m an individualist i make decision base on my feelings not by any standard of society or a race

@bkquny no offense but did you listen to the video?the brother said,(and im paraphrasing here) if you prefer a white or spanish person etc. its fine,(if its a physical attraction) but not when its based on some "statistic" on how "financially burdened" black people are or because of a persons negative perspective of black people.understand? thanks for watching btw.
