@TerraTater penguin chat 3 was a test for clubpenguin. really, penguin chat 3 is clubpenguin in the older times and they werent good at video games back then. so penguin chat 3 LOOKS like its not clubpenguin but it really is.

Saying CP and Penguin Chat are the same thing is like saying the PS2 and the PS3 are the same thing. They're not.
