I don't get why no one here can seem to like Zack AND Cloud. Let's put it this way, if it wasn't for Cloud and FFVII, there would be no Crisis Core and Zack. I have to agree that Zack was probably the better character, but i think that's just because his story was more emotional and obviously had better music as well as steller voice acting which brought it to life even more. I think if they remade FFVII with updated graphics and Voice acting, then we'd all apreciate Cloud more too.

Anyways, Cloud is the one who stabs Sephiroth when he grabs jenovas head and begins to walk away, after the tramautic battle that you experience. And if you look at how Cloud literally lifts up Sephiroth even when he´s WOUNDED, you have to agree thats freaking amazing.

the orginal story which wasedited to better progress the game had the death of zack trumatize cloud to the point were the stories zack told cloud and his own memories mashed into one where he was cloud (zack) soldier first class. the mako poisoning only helped to further his damaged mind and body.
