NO!!!!U don't get the fortify attributes until u buy the spells......They are found sold by priests in some of the chapels......

to get the attribute enchant thing all u have to do is: go to the chapel in chorrol and speak with the orc there named something orcish like bagag-ui-ep (thats not the name but thats what her names like) and she sells attribute strength buy it and when u go to enchant it will say add attribute hit A on it and it will show u a list of all the attributes pick one and have a good time (:

hey also if you cant fortify an atribute when your enchanting you might not have a spell that fortifies atributes
