@Idie4me It's because the electrons rotate on a tilted axis. This angular momentum creates a field. All the atoms are moving in sync, generating this effect. The mystery is why the tilt? Is it just because or is there another reason? Maybe there is another force causing this?
It seems to me that no one knows exactly why an electron produces a magnetic field in the first place. We know that a magnetic field is created from current flow and from the electron's spin but why??? and what exactly is it??? This is still a mystery.
