Hey there! We aren't officially affiliated with the HvZ organization, but we can tell you that most HvZ events are mostly centered around college campuses, ranging from large-scale schools to community colleges. There's no universal set of rules, and every campus basically does things their own way. Your best bet is to find a local college that participates, contact their club secretary, and ask them if you can get involved.
