Issac Will be giving the commands in this game, similair to the ME series system (effects game) and the action will be more action based unlike Dead Space, Dead Space 2 will be more MW2 Action based (still maintaing the DS fundamentals of course) as Issac is not an engineer anymore he is a specialist in dealing with the Necromorphs, Unlike DS, in DS2 you will witness the infection happen as it spreads and your being there on the Colony ship is only a (lucky for them) coincidence.

I just hope they keep the horror aspect instead of making it into more of an action game, because the first one was incredibly creepy and unlike most "horror", I didn't just feel scared and vulnerable at the start, I felt like I was abotu to be jumped and killed at any moment.
The lakc of a HuD in the first game was good to; made it much more immersive, and I hope they keep that.
As to the multiplayer: I hope it would be like tremulous (worth looking up BTW)

Dead Space is probly one of my most fav games on the 360..! Mass Effect however is boring, repetative, shitty combat, not to mention shitty framerates. i cant understand why it gets such good hype?
Even if the girl that attacked Isaac WAS real, after all he'd just been through and kicked every monster's ass in the entire space station, I don't think it'd be that hard to kill one more necromorph that isn't even fully transformed.
Isaac's not dead, he has some sort of mental issues after going through all that in Dead Space 1. He was being driven crazy, so he was actually hallucinating.

am i the only one that thought the small hallways and the tense close quarter combat was good? those things are what made dead space good. u were a lone guy stranded on a ship and felt vulnerable to EVERYTHING, if this game adds to much bad-assery to isaac, like stronger weapons, and the fact there are going to b bigger enviroments, then i just dont think this game will deliver the same horror sense. I thought I was being a bit of a baby, but I guess EA shares my feelings. Dead Space keeps you tense to the point you consider putting the control down at times in search of a hug and a cookie. Dead Space 2 is supposed to be spaced so that you get a few breathers.

It probably took so long is because there's more advances in the game like Isaac now can maneuver in anti gravity and will be able to fight undead in mid-air, also it must have taken a while to str8en out the story for this game as well because after nicole struck isaac in the ending of the 1st he ends up in a hospital in the beginning of the game since he will have delusions from the marker like from many others in the comics, pyscho paths ging crazy.

Dead Space is probly one of my most fav games on the 360..! Mass Effect however is boring, repetative, shitty combat, not to mention shitty framerates. i cant understand why it gets such good hype?

Even if the girl that attacked Isaac WAS real, after all he'd just been through and kicked every monster's ass in the entire space station, I don't think it'd be that hard to kill one more necromorph that isn't even fully transformed.

Isaac's not dead, he has some sort of mental issues after going through all that in Dead Space 1. He was being driven crazy, so he was actually hallucinating.

All we know, is that his dead girlfriend was seen in board of the space ship. Hallucination caused by the Necromorph. Did he return to the planet to put the Artifact ? Or did he simply got to the gouvernement who caused all this and make the necromorph loose in the Gouvernement space ship ?

currently on 5th for impossible mode

Sort of that the young at heart like games, and likes to lose themselves in good books, or movies too, and that this broad somehow considers herself above that rather than indulge it, if that is the right word. If she doesn't have a passion for gaming she shouldn't be commenting on them. I am playing Dead Space right now and I think it is well done and can't wait to see where they go in the sequel, and hopefully Mass Effect 2 will be on PS3 as well anyway I am tired of her hate gaming attitude.

Dead Space 1 was just an amazing game. Dead Space 2 will be even way better! I just hope they don't put action in it and kind of ruin the horror effect like Resident Evil 5. *_*

i got the gameinformer last week isacc locks badass it takes place in a city named sparwl or somthing like that and n ow he talks there is a new gun named the javalin that if you shot a enemi to chest it would pin them to the wall and i stop reding there

am i the only one that thought the small hallways and the tense close quarter combat was good? those things are what made dead space good. u were a lone guy stranded on a ship and felt vulnerable to EVERYTHING, if this game adds to much bad-assery to isaac, like stronger weapons, and the fact there are going to b bigger enviroments, then i just dont think this game will deliver the same horror sense. WE NEED TO FEEL HELPLESS! AND KNOW THAT EVERY RESOURCE COUNTS!! i hope they dont re5 this game

I thought I was being a bit of a baby, but I guess EA shares my feelings. Dead Space keeps you tense to the point you consider putting the control down at times in search of a hug and a cookie. Dead Space 2 is supposed to be spaced so that you get a few breathers.

It probably took so long is because there's more advances in the game like Isaac now can maneuver in anti gravity and will be able to fight undead in mid-air, also it must have taken a while to str8en out the story for this game as well because after nicole struck isaac in the ending of the 1st he ends up in a hospital in the beginning of the game since he will have delusions from the marker like from many others in the comics, pyscho paths ging crazy.
