At my school one of my best friends is a 1st degree from Petitos and he had to be re-trained to get his black belt returned to him. Come fight at the open tournaments held by golden sun dojo!
Also if your are a black belt why dont you practice one of the fundamentals of martial arts Humility...

@remahlehs posted quite a while ago and I have since then improved even further, I do not ever claim that ATA has trained me as a fighter, but they trained me to be more disciplined and to respect other schools unlike apparently yours. It is a shame to see schools that would allow or even encourage their students to speak ill of other schools. Though I will not judge your school by the actions of just one of their students, perhaps you are just a bad student. For fighting I look to other....

Once more, ATA is an interpretation of Tae Kwon Do by Eternal Grand Master HU Lee, not claimed to be pure TKD. Also, returning to your question of my humility, if you speak of how I pointed out ATA's status as largest in the US and 3rd in the world to Patsfanblake, that was simply to respond to his remark of it being "nameless"... Your friend having to earn his Black Belt is a shame...

If he can not take what he learned in the ATA and successfully apply it to other Martial Arts, or TKD, that is his fault and shows he is in all honesty, flawed as a practitioner of Martial Arts. @Megatron255 My apologies, one more comment. Upon rereading my comments, I would like to make more clear one of my statements. The ATA program, or at least Petito's Black Belt Academy, is aimed towards instilling discipline in children through forms etc. much like the Military designed drill to better discipline troops. I went through to Black Belt so I could earn the right to teach children.

@patsfanblake Some random ass academy? The American Taekwondo Association is the Third Largest Taekwondo League in the world, The Largest in the United States. Plus, my ring fights don't come from Taekwondo, they come from MMA Matches, in venues around Virginia, and California. I've had a few Street Fight wins, but Street Fighting is nothing to be proud of. If you'd like to try me, once again, come to VA, or CA, and I'll step in the ring with you. It's easy to talk shit behind a computer screen
