As a movie, it was okay.

But as a video-game adaptation, it was shit ran over twice.

They completely destroyed Kasumi's and Hayabusa's characters, they made up their own story with only slight elements of the original story, they casted actors and actresses that did not fit the characters at all(a white Ayane lolwut) with very few exceptions, and the acting was mostly bland.

Personally I think this is a great movie. Maybe I am a bit biased since I'm a martial artist but I liked it. I think a large reason why this movie was so good is because it mostly stuck to the game's story. Most successful video game movies don't stray far from the game's storyline. I also like Christie's character MUCH more than her video game counterpart. Holly Valance really looks good :) Cute face and slammin' body.
