  • Great video Roz! I have the Knife Collector's Briefcase which is similar to this sans the 2 bottle holders. I was thinking about getting the Falcon-II backpack to put together an emergency bag to keep in my car but the Operator seems much better.

  • "Flash my guard when I walk in the building..." Nice one Roz. I think the Last Resort would make the perfect work/edc bag. Carry my bar tools, tablet pc, camera and other nicknacks at least until I watch another one of your vids and purchase yet another MP bag !!! Getting a nice collection going here...

  • @tybeejeffro hahah, I didn't even catch that, Jeffro! Funny. Yes, one can never have the perfect bag. So that's why we need lots of them for every occasion/situation. lol

  • The tip at 4:19 illustrating the compression of the bottle-holder was nice... I paused playback and tried it out on my JUMBO--it works the same way!

  • Ros, your reviews rock! GREAT job... I dig this bag BUT I would really have loved it if they had made at least one of pouches at either end a closed pouch with zippers so that you can use them for something OTHER than a radio. THAT would make it even more versatile for those of us not in the LEO field, IMO.

  • very nice review.

  • My Dell 17" laptop measures 16 and 1/4" wide by 11 and 1/8" High. Will it fit in the main compartment since the Maxpedition site is talking about 15.4" laps and the dimensions say the main compartment is: 15.5" long by 11" T/high?

  • Can the MAXPEDITION OPERATOR TACTICAL ATTACHE fit a pair of working boots, sweater and your big sandwich in the bag?

  • I just received this yesterday and use it at work to keep various items organized. The only aspect I do not like is the carrying strap is not long enough. Other than that..........great product.

  • The fruit snakes on the side pocket, that's a cool thought. Can I put my work shoes, my lunch, my sweater in the main compartment? And I can watch this over and over and I don't get tire of it......great review.

  • I'v viewed several other reviews for this bag & your the only one to point out the zipper keepers. Nice feature. Also liked your review of the Larkspur.

  • A very good video and excellent review. I want to thank for all of the videos you've posted. I've watched several of them and find them very useful. Is there any chance you could do a comparison video of an Operator & an Aggressor?

  • that was a great review. THANK YOU.

  • Thanks for the great video. I've been trying to decide on a larger EDC bag to use with my 15.4" MacBook Pro. This bag will meet that need perfectly.

You simply can't go wrong with Maxpedition gear. This will be my fourth bag from them.

  • Your reviews are very helpful, Maxpedition should give you at least one of everything in their catalog! I get my "Operator" tomorrow! Thanks! You've gotta be a cool chick to know and have as a friend. You remind me of one my daughters. Can't believe your a "veggie", I am too, well kind of, as far as meat, I only eat "God's" food, none of the "man-made" crap! If I or someone I know doesn't grow it or shoot it, I don't eat it!

  • @Joe55darter I love your philosophy. Very cool! Many thx for the nice comments. Especially that I remind you of your daughter. :-) Yes, been a veggie for 8 years now. Its tough at times in meal planning but I'll never go back. I used my Operator last night for a study group/overnight. Worked pretty decently. The bottle holders on the side were handy dandy!

  • "well fruit fit in here you know"-best line ever... makes me wanna subscribe to your channel!

  • @mweymiller142 haha. I know....but it's true! Fruit doesn't crush in the front pocket. lol

  • Does anyone know how long the shoulder strap is on the bag? I am 6'7" so straps under 55" don't work for me.

  • @loganholb Oh gosh, I never replied to you. Lemme get the bag out and check for you ok...?

  • @RoscoeBa

would something like the maxp janus extension pocket fit on this? then it might be viable for folks like our large friend here.

  • Hello, thanks for the great review! Can you say if 17,3" laptop would fit into Operator? Would it be enough space in main comp-t for any other items or I should get Aggressor in this case? Ty.

  • @ZQuote3 I'm going to say any size laptop will fit in the Operator. It's a very decently mid-sized briefcase/bag.

  • Excellent stuff Roz, I am looking for a good bag for my new business doing on site computer repairs and this looks like it will be perfect! I can carry my Laptop, tools and lots of other items. I think I'll take a page from your book and get the EDC pocket organizer to keep the small tools I use when fixing computers!

  • Great review. I just bought the Last Resort.

  • All of the bags are nice buy out of my price range do u have any bags under 80

    Dollars

  • Super great video! I am looking for something like this to carry my Lap Top and carry to work. Thanks for posting and explaining everything so well.

  • Another great review, this is proving to be harder than I thought. Maxpedition just make so many great bags.

I'm starting to dream bags must decide soon, or may go mad.

  • I keep buying the MxP gear because of the great build quality and fast shipments ( I live about 6 miles from their offices). Everything is built to last forever and I have never had any problems with any of my purchases.

That said, I just bought this bag based on your review; I had been waffling on which one to get, and you sold me.

Thanks again for the reviews and keep up the great work!

  • Yeah, I'm using mine today as a matter of fact. Fits all my folders and little things too.

  • "I'm sure there's a noun for those things" lulz and a half. Great review!

  • Thx Templar! :-)

  • Maxpedition is but people its made in taiwan all you are buying is the name. i have some Maxpedition items i also bought some from cheaperthan dirt for less than half the cost they are the same bag there is no difference. the thing that really matters is whats in the bag not how much it cost.

  • That's awesome.

  • Thankyou so much Jersey Girl for your review it was excellent. You answered a very importent question that I could not find anywhere on the web - Does the Operator attache hold a 17 inch laptop. According to your review a big yes so I went and bought one. Keep up the great work!!

  • I appreciate your comments Rodden!

  • @roddenby Yes, I was curious if a 17 inch laptop would fit in it, as well.

  • It seems that you become my source of inspiration. Your excellent review is the reason I bought this bag... even in the same foliage green colour. " Merci infiniment Roscoe!" Maxpedition is very little known in Europe and especially in RO. However, my bag is somehow different: there is a ballistic nylon used for the handle and for the bottom. there is no neoprene on that handle and no rubberized bottom.

  • Yet another great review from the JerseyGirl. Looks like a great product. I could have used something like this back in the days when I was traveling to trade shows all over the country.

    5/5

  • As usual Roz an excellent review. You are a natural. I bought one and use it every day. Now when do we start a support group for Maxpedition addicts.

  • Thanks. I bought an Operator on the strength of your review.

  • Great vid. I need to find something to take all the gear I need and like to carry with me every day.

  • Awesome overview, you've got yourself a new subscriber.

  • Another great review! Thanks!

  • Wow thanks! that would be a great replacement for my worn out Targus Bag!

  • I own this bag also and you just explained what those security snaps were made for...I didn't know that...Very functional bag for work ...Very good review..Keep it coming..

  • I own countless Maxpedition products, and it is nice to see one reviewed by a real grownup rather than the 19 year old mall ninjas who often review these products. I carry the Operator Tactical Attache (there's a mall ninja name for you) to church, and it has plenty of room for everything I need. Keep up the good reviews. You are at the top of my list. Nice also to see that you have the Pocket Organizer.

  • Nice job Roscoe, thanks. Keep it up.

  • great job love the vid!
