Russia LANDED a bomber in Venezuela. They didn't "send" it to Chavez.

There is nothing "illegal", internationally or otherwise, for Russia to do so.

Putin, in response to Cheney sending arms to Georgia as "humanitarian aid", landed the bomber in Venezuela as a political statement.

Putin is well aware that Britain, with the help of Israel, has been planning a war between the US & Russia for many years.

First will come the US economic collapse & then World War, just like in the 1930s.
