tHE JL AUDIO 12W3V3 IS A 500W rms. the 12w3v2 is a 300w RMS.

@LSUTXN trust me, a 12w3v3 won't handle more than 400 rms.. I had one hooked up to a 1000w amp, 450 rms at 4 ohms. I hooked it up and it bottoming out.
