There are some global mods that allow this. Insimenator has some by Bloom! You can only have one in your game at a time, well now I think someone wrote a mod to allow more but I'm not sure where that mod is.

OMG thanks again i have to comment on like every vid of urs cuz its so cool! i have a teen family and the kids NEVER went to sleep idk why but now they fall asleep faster and stay asleep! like toddlers sleep for 4 or 5 hours but now they are sleeping for 8 HOURS!
