This is a fantastic song, and On a Wire gets better the older I get. I was so disappointed when it came out and it wasn't fast. Now I can appreciate the song writing and the perfect melodies.

sorry to break the news to both of you but "On a wire" is a terrible album. Dont get me wrong..I love the get up kids and own EVERY single one of their albums. But lets face it. On a wire SUCKS!! You can tell that the band must feel the same way because with "Live @ the Granada Theater...they played TWO sonngs off "On a Wire"...Compare that to the Six they play off "something to write home about"..and i think its easy to see where they band feels there stronger songs lie...

I think they only put two from that record on "live @ The Granada" because, being a farewell concert they probably wanted to play the most favorited tunes - not by themselves - but by the fans...and yes, it's clear that everything before "On A Wire" is much more popular with Get Up Kids fans, but I think the album was a great risk and good step forward. Loved it. Sad that most felt different.
