@fashionhistorylover NOn payment of Child support is a felony! Its all about what the system wants to call a felony! They can say wearing green is a felony! Also, anything that can be classified as a felony can also be classified as a misdeamor, its all in how they want to present it!

@Nightrunner529 Well, black criminals may or may not be guilty, and even if they are, are they being proscecuted to protect Society or to keep the black race down? Is the system proscecuting for the right reasons? And i noticed, that when a white man commits a crime, its a misdeamor, but if a black man does the same, its a Felony! Blacks tend to be charged with rape as a white man tends to be charged with GSI! They charge the negro with a high felon to insure he cant escape wit ha misdeanor !

@studenlawyer I once watched a movie called, Accepted, about a kid who couldnt get accepted to a real college, so he made up one to please his parents, created a web site and all, then when the parents wanted to visit, they even fabricated a college! they had forgotten to take down the website, and all these kid rejects got accepted to that college and SHOWED UP! Ready to begin a legitimate honest life, in which they thought they had no chance to before ! it was tear jerker!

The biggest problem with this is: A lot of convicted felons who I know of.Are the ones who were living with, or have children with females who they had abused.Which lead them to be put into the jail population.And the females are struggling to make ends meet.Some are walking the streets,on drugs & prostituting.And also,these males are making more babies & not paying off their large debts for back child-support.I've been through this for years & had witnessed it,time & time, again. @loveface43 If the system cared, wouldnt you think they would promote opportunity and change, whether than labeling and marking one for life? The problem is . . the system isnt working! But its not set up to work for these individuals! Its set up to keep them just where they are!! Open ur eyes!
