This game is good but NOT even close to FF12.

For starters the story is traditional starocean stuff. The fighting system is old school menu based random encounters and in a clasic level 5 fashion the gameplay is overextended by 10-20 hours beyond the point where gameplay and story run out.

Simply not in the league with FF12 and DQ8.

Rogue Galaxy is clearly a very high quality game. If you disagree, explain. Note: Saying "OMG SUXXORZ!!1ONE" is not explaining, and actually takes points away from your side.

how did this game do in sales? I think it's rather good. gamerankings dot com gave it pretty good scores, but hey if GameSpot can be bought off for Kane & Lynch then Sony can too
