If i shower everyday and use head and shoulder's there will be virtually no dandruff, If i miss a couple days of shower I get MASSIVE FLAKES, Mine ARE FUCKING MASSIVE LITERALLY, ABOUTTHISSIZE. I scratch a lot, I shaved my whole head yesterday and my skalp has red dots/irritation/bloody black spots due to all the scratching, it looks disgraceful...I am 21, I had it since I was 15 years old or even younger, its so annoying.

I havea small, very mild amount of dandruff. that you can't see it, You'll have to use a microscope or magnifieing glass to see my dadnruff. But I have I habit where I start itching my head, (a lot) and then sometimes, (only happened once) the dandruff started falling to my shoulders. so wash your scalp like a million of times to prevent the dandruff.

I had a persistant problem with dandruff. I have noticed being reduced when using Head & Shoulders shampoo. Before I used the regular shampoo. Skin "dries" up after showing cause you remove the natural oils from the body when showinging! I have read or heard to avoid over showing (more than once a day!)

think about it...when u take hot showers and get out of the shower after a few hours u can see the skin on ur arms getting a bit dry. You can see this especially if you've gone tanning or are tanner. Take hot showers but when ur washing ur hair try to use as less warm water as possible

I found that if you boil 3 guava fruits in a pot honey water and stir through with 2 teaspoons of pepper and poor all over your smelly rank head gets rid of the dandruff. I have thick curly hair and dandruff. If I use Neutrogena it works. The P-Zinc doesn't really work that well. But if I go about two days without using Neutrogena, it dandruff comes back again. I wish there was a long-term solution. I think the thickness of my hair also makes it more difficult -- seems like less ventilation for the scalp and a better habitat for the bacteria to thrive.

Also, Listerine works well too, im sure. Leave it in your hair for as long as you can...you are killing yeast !! Vinegar and/Listerine kill it. People, listen to me. All the shampoos that you can buy in the store are just so-so at helping with Dandruff (they work for mild dandruff). If you need serious dandruff help, you need to lay off ANY harsh shampoos, use only cool water (not hot) on your head, and get a jug of apple cider vinegar. No question, that it can hurt if you have open scabs, but holy crap is it worth it !! Totally takes away itchyness and flaking so you stop itching...dont get the vinegar in your eyes

sorry me again i only have 500 chaacter to type... so after that do the same thing for couple more days, dont wash it with shampoos just with water and rinse with vinegar, when you rinsint it with vinegar always rob it into your scalp keep for couples of minutes and rinse with water but not all the way so there is still some vinegar... after all your dandruff is gone you can wash your hair with shampoos but remember not too often 2 to 3 time a week. TRUST ME IT WILL HELP, MY DANDRUFF WAS NUTS

day one - take some vinegar and before you go to sleep rob it into your scalp, when you wake up in the morning to the same thing, rob it in and leave like that... it is gonna stink for a bit but dont worry, you will get rid of it i promise you... same night take a shower but dont wash your hair with shampoo just water and rinse it with vinegar then rinse with water but keep some vinegar there...
