If someone does about 180 pounds on Barbell Wrist Curls there forearm measurement would be an estimated 16 inches or so. I heard Lou Forrigno did 225 on Barbell Wrist Curls for reps easy. I also heard he had 17-19 inch forearms.

@thembitch Ok first of all the whole stunt your growth thing is a myth, the truth is working out at an early age is good for you and will not stunt your growth. Growth depends on your sleep and diet, a buddy of mine has been working out since he was 11 he is now 19 and 6'1.

I'm 15 and I just use 2 5lbs weights that I just lift while watching series/movies to slowly increase my arm strenght and it has worked out quite good, I just had a terrible cold and watched series the whole weekend and during that weekend I lifted the weights about every minute I was awake and I can defenatly see improvements in just a week.

I think you will find those are tendons in the fingers, not muscles. The muscles in the arm connect to the tendons above the wrist.
