Yeah, I'm sure there's a lot of 50 year olds applying for dishwasher positions. That's hard work, no one wants to hire an old man who won't be able to do the job. In any case, maybe you should be blaming the economic system for failing you, and not small business owners. If they can hire cheaper workers, they're being good at capitalism.
