Thank you so much for posting these! I'd never seen Nicole before--she's not as "natural" and inspiring an instructor as Bess, but she's adorable and sweet and the extra variety in 20 minute videos is great to have! The music is great too--I really love the cool-down.

Looking for the full episodes. I dont care if they had commercials. Do you know where I can get them? I lived by these workouts back in the 80's. It was the best tv series running. 530 am everyday...loved it.
