Everyone keeps telling me that Kobe could be the next MJ because he's only one ring away from tying Mike for 6 NBA champioship rings. I tell them there will NEVER be another Michael Jordan. He elevated peoples games, he had a genuine good attitude & was able to get along with his teammates (unlike Kobe). Also, 1) He could have won more rings had he not retired those years & 2) He NEVER lost a championship that he was a part of!!! Thumbs up if you feel this!!!

I mean Kobe and Lebron are only familiar to Basketball fans and hardcore sport fans. Go to Europe, and most average sports fans don't even know who they are. Jordan was a GLOBAL SUPERNOVA. He was the biggest name in all sports during his prime. And most importantly, he was ALWAYS greater than the hype. You couldn't dream up that type of player.

To find a comparisom to his greatness, you have to look beyond basketball. The sport has not produced an equivalent to Michael Jordan in all facets of his artistry & dominance. The current generation has only spawned inferior imitators, including the most popular one who is a future hall of famer and Lakers shooting guard.
