better for you to wait - even in israel its some sort of "test run" - you get the phone for free and you have to fill a feedback document. very soon they will have a "modu 2"

I tried to buy Modu in Israel at August, but could not. in cellkom not even heard of such a phone. How can I buy Modu or Modu 2 in Israel, Russia or another country?

i really have no clue. cellcom are (as far as i know) the first company to sign a deal about modu.
