@Gueccio you get used to it, you build up a tolerance for it, just like any form of dance, you got to build up the muscles, like when i dance i usually practice in socks on a hard laminate floor and yea it kind of hurts the feet especially doin ankle breaker type moves but you get used to it and it doesnt hurt as much anymore as when you first start out
