Katy Perry is my favorite singer, BUT Lily Allen is my favorite celebrity. She just seems so lovely in real life. Katy..yeah, not so much. We waited outside her concert In Belfast for an hour to meet her, and she didn't come out. I wouldn't have minded, but there was a 5 year old in a wheelchair with us in the rain and freezing temperatures and she drove past us in a blacked out car. After that, all respect for her was lost. I understand driving past people, but that kid. That was just wrong.
