Very interesting, I got to see a different side of Carly. She has had a broad range of experiences, even though she is still regarded as one of the worst CEO's of all time. I would imagine she views the failures as "learning experiences". That is a trait of leadership.

A striking part was about how she talked about changing HP to be more effective, and there were some good changes, HP still failed to innovate and had many QC problems. Just facts.
