Back in the mid-late 80's, the winner for three years running in the unlimited class of the Reno air races, was "Dago Red" owned by an Italian. It is true that a large number of those in Argentina are Italian descendants. After Italia, the largest population of Italians are in Brazil, then Argentina,...followed by those in the USA.
