Last time ... pluto went into capricorn and then retrgrated. Now pluto will be in capricorn nov 26 and will stay in cap for 14 years. I don't think CA is going to make it.

Uh, no. I don't think he cares. It's part of California's eco-system. The pine cones for the redwood trees do not open unless they burn. Many of the species have adapted to require that they be burned to renew.
