Sectumsempra isn't necessarily a killing curse. it was made to injured the opponent badly. inflicting scarring and internal bodily injuries. though if your intent of killing the person than it can kill

i think its like every other dark curses in the series. if you have the heart and the will to kill than the cures will do just that.

Harry hated Malfoy but i don't think he held the same hatred he does for Voldemort. Doubt he had intention of killing Draco, obvious he wasn't in the book

Up until the sixth book I really hated Draco. When I read it I was starting to feel bad... it's not like he has a choice... either he killed Dumbledore or Voldemort kills him. And, he was raised that way too... so that adds to the factor. Sirius Black may have came out good but that was only because he wasn't the only child so all the attention was trained on Regulus while Sirius could learn right from wrong. Draco didn't have that. I forgave Harry when in the book it showed he was really sorry.
