  • Does it matter what kind of Glow bb's I use?

  • @airsoftfanatic1456

I dont think so dude, as long as they are decent quality :P

  • K, Thnx

  • hey how far can u see them? 100yds?

cant you simply point a flashlight at the BBs then quickly put them into a mag and fire?

  • yeah, but then you'll get shot by another player while you're playing with a flashlight...

  • I have a flashlight mounted on my gun, That works.

  • it lights up the BBs as they go out?

  • Yea, for about 40 or 50 ft.

  • I remember how I used these for my AWP. Never got old when people got scared by it.

  • you can get a tracer unit to fit on to almost anything with a thread on the end. try a TM unit.

  • Why not use glow in the dark?

  • They are glow in the dark.

  • if it has a threaded tip, then sure. they screw onto the end.

  • Pesto noodles!?

    What the hell guys!

C ration it up not.... pesto noodles!

    Sigh....

  • pesto noodles are ready

  • "the noodles are ready lol"

  • do you have a video of the orange tracers that you mentioned in the description?

  • unfortunately no, but I have seen the bbs for sale on some airsoft online stores.

  • how does it work really?

i saw a tracer unit viewed with NVG, and the bullets glowed even when it bouced off trees!

  • the tracer unit works like an internal flash unit. when it senses a bb passing through it, it flashes, thus making your glow-in-the-dark bbs, Glow. If mix 1 Glow BB for every 4 Standard BB, you will have a Tracer round effect. Some people prefer EVERY bb is Tracer, although it gives off a brighter signature of your position. It is good for effect, but also obviously to see where your shots land, as it is very hard to gauge your accuracy at night. :D

  • thanks for the prompt reply.

now you said glow in the dark BB's right?

    where to get it?

so only glow in the dark bbs can be used or can you use different color BBs?

  • Correct, you can purchase green glow in dark bbs, a bit more expensive in the long run if you shot ONLY those, so mix them with your standard non-glow quality BBs purchased from an Airsoft Supplier, you will get a random glow effect, harder for them to see or dodge rounds comin at them. You can also buy special Magazines for your gun that will have the illumination light in it, instead of a barrel Silencer adaptor. They glow in the mag till fired. I don't know which method is brighter/better.

  • maybe i'd go modify a g36 mag with either 4 X4mm ultra bright LEDs, or one 2 kryptonite bulbs..

and a nice pack of luminous bbs.

now question is where to get luminous bb in my country...

  • great idea. Just make sure it isnt one of those clear mags :P

check Online Airsoft Suppliers or order straight from Hong Kong, "WCG" or something of that nature.

  • maybe i'd be ripping the innards of a clear mag, then put it in an ordinary colored mag.

visited the site, and am now thinking to purchase some luminous bbs on payday!!

  • you dont have to purchase no tracer silencer or special magazine, you can do a crap your own, just need to know a bit about electronics and connect them so your GLOW IN THE DARK BBs light up before leaving the barrel :)

  • i said i would purchase luminous bbs on payday, not be ripped off again by TM..

my AEG dealers just got hold of a per kg pack of lumi bbs.

    hahaha.

    night fight anyone?

  • lmao are you serious? btw TMs tracer price is fair i think.... it aint that expensive...

  • the price may be fair there, but here, some airsoft dealers rip off their customers.

i mean TM tracers cost equivalent of $15 +/-here.

so i'll make one myself, for a cost of some super bright LEDs and an extra 36 mag, and a kilo of luminous bb.

  • buy with visa or mastercard or paypal :D

pay 50 dollars euros or whatever per month. :D

well i dont know what kind of lifestyle u follow, u coud be a 17 year old that doesnt have a job yet, so i coud be sayin bullshit as well..

  • i got a job, and it pays good..

and i have a knack of making things myself.

  • hahahahah the pesto noodles are ready! rofl

  • How bright is the muzzle flash from the shooters standpoint? I'm thinking about getting one for a little more "realism" and just for kicks ;)

  • bring lots of fat slow people with tracers so you can be safe

  • sick

  • I'll bet if someone used night vision and nothing else they would kick ass while everyone else is looking for the laser sewing machines.

  • ifu have midcaps, u can fill the bbs in so at the end of ur clip u have like, three tracer bbs. so then u can reload with dry firing, so u dont shoot blanks at ur enemy and let them know where u are

  • what? could you explain that a little clearer?

  • I don't understand him either but it's a good idea to keep 3 tracers as the last bbs in a mag so that you know when it's empty, unless you have a bolt locking gun.

  • only GBBS have a locking feature. With most airsoftguns, you getting a distinctive exhaust note from the barrel when your mag runs out, even at night its verry easy to tell. I suggest 1 tracer for ever 3 normal bbs. More like the real thing, and for obvious reasons.

  • I want some pesto and noodles.

  • I thought of getting this, but it makes it easier for the guy you're shooting at to trace the bullets back to you :(

  • he could be the decoy

  • True, but if you'd get that, you'd always act as the teams decoy, how fun is that? xD

  • mix your regular bbs with tracers. That way they can't see every bb you fire, less likely they can dodge it. You will have less of a signature, remember they can hear you anyway and if hes got good ears you have already broken silence. Who cares if they can see some tracers, you move after your shots, you keep on their arses, Tracers are just as effective for you to point out THEIR position to the rest of your team as it is for them to try and find You. :D

  • what did he say? noodles are ready? im hungry. by

  • Hey, does anybody want some PESTO noodles

At first, I thought he was sayin something about how the tracers look like macaroni noodles or something..

Im hungry too [, cuz I just ate McDonald's.]

  • so if you put this thing on your gun u can't add a longer barrel correct?

  • how does it trace the BB? ive been looking to see on how it works...

  • The silencer is actually like a camera flash unit with a break-beam type sensor. The bb traveling through the silencer triggers the unit to flash internally, thus the bb comes out glowing and with a Muzzle Flash effect. The ORANGE bbs look and cost the best/most

  • how long do the bbs glow for?

  • By the time they are out of range, you can barely see them. So basically the minute they hit the ground.

  • I have a video in my favorites of some guys using tracer unit with their night vision, looks reeaaaallly cool ricocheting off of tree limbs, foliage, etc. :P

  • okay i have been very confused on what tracer units are

am i correct when i say they are put on like a silencer and make the bb glow or light up and r able to be seen in the dark?

  • that's it..uv light makes the bb's glow up..

  • Pesto noodles will be the next meme, we have to make it so!

  • Star Wars.....

    xD

  • holy shit thats awesome..and yes id like some pesto noodles

  • does anyone want some pesto noodles... they're ready!

  • i want some pesto noodles!...me me me

  • Yeah i opend my rations one time ...nothing but a can of smashed assholes...lol soo hungry we all split em !!

  • needler gun lol!!

  • someone say noodles? hardcore rations FTW :P

  • Where did you get the orange tracer rounds? I've been looking for something other then green for such a long time...

  • where?

  • did he say pesto noodles?

  • 0:015 "does anybody want some Pesto Noodles"

yaa damn right he does, at first i thought he was talkin about the tracers :P

  • i just deleted someones question about gun costs... sry, but to answer, Tokyo Mauri AK47 + metal bushings + upgraded spring + Large Battery and Charger = ROUGHLY $650. Shooting 330fps which I would say is about the Minimum you want for Out Door Play. Cheers.

  • nah these can still be found in Finnland airsoft shops

  • tm units have been discontiued from factory prodictions sorry

  • that sucks :(

  • right when i was going to get one too

  • Same... I guess they weren't selling enough of them? I'm sure there are still a few floating around in the Private Sales in Airsoft, and I am certain that BB companies still make Green and Orange Glow in the Dark bbs.

  • i want to test the noodles!!!!

    lol good vid....

is it a TM tracer unit?

  • yes sir, TM unit. Still bout $150 can.

  • Where do you buy that from? Can you tell me?

  • nuuu uhh, you didnt say the magic word!

  • Nice :D.
