You can use the warp stabilizer effect, it works pretty well btw it is only included in After Effects Cs5.5. Go check it out if you have it.

You should get one of those Draganfly helicopters for aerial video. Apparently you can put like 7Ds on them and stuff.

They're too expensive for me though, so I'm trying to build one on my own that will hold at least a gopro. It looks like it might actually work, too.

Even tho this is lighter in weight, might as well grab a tripod and duck tape heavy enough things to the bottom, That is the way to do a no money solution.
