This is the first I know about an alternative Waxman score. Where did you find it? I think it sounds too much like his work for "Rebecca," and I prefer the music that was used in the release version.

Actually you can hear this music when Mrs. Paradine talks about her past to Anthony Keane. I think Selznick wanted the feel of Rebecca in that scene.
