  • its much harder standing up i think

  • Lighten the weight LEAVE your EGO at HOME!!

  • try changing the name of the video to seated db half presses

  • no good yar

  • piegando il braccio a 90° fai mezzo esercizio... devi arrivare quasi a far toccare il manubrio sulla spalla... così fai un movimento completo... come lo fai tu non conta una cicca anche se sollevi circa 40kg....

  • strict form??? thats half the way down, touch your shoulder

  • lol "Punisher"....I dont know why would you film yourself while doing those crappy reps with crappy weights

  • first: thats not military press

    second: shave your armpits dude!

  • @onkelz2luk lol what a faggot

you probably spend more time shaving than working out huh?

  • @onkelz2luk shave armpits? im sorry, but you sound pretty gay

  • If those weights are too heavy, try some lighter weights and then don't post it on the internet.

  • If you guys mean touch ur chest with a bb on overhead press your a dumbass. Come to your chin its a little more then 90 degrees. Any lower WILL fuck up your shoulders. But i agree this kid isn't goin low enough. But maybe this is just a super heavy set for him and he's cheating a little. There is nothing wrong with that. Heavy cheat sets are great to build strength.

  • "just going for strict form." Laughing my fucking ass off

  • OH YEAH BABY SO SEXY, CAN I RUB MY NUTSACK ACROSS YOUR CHEST!?

  • he did good u pussys. ur not supposed to go more than 90 degrees anyways.

  • if you can't do 80lbs you are a piss weak fag... they are half reps

  • i dont give a fck if he's not doing it right im sure girls like his body so im sorry keyboard faggots i bet u dont even workout...

  • MORE REPS BRO! LESS WEIGHT BRO!

  • way too heavy for him...LOL

  • weak as fuck bro... you are doing half reps..

  • @julzzzzzzzzzzz lol fatso just shut the fuck up and go watch some cardio vids

  • good job but you should lower your weight to 65-70 so you go down more. not talking shit or anything but that weight seems too heavy for you.

  • bring them down all the way u half ass

  • change your tee shirt this one is for strong men ;)

  • Lightweight!

  • nice job! lower the weight n go more down to isolate the shoulder more and BREATHE=] but ur body is amazin

  • to heavy for you

  • how much those weigh? nice work man!

  • @123yankeesfan123 80 freaking lbs., man. this guy is impressive.

  • Not deep enuf but good effort.

  • not deep enuf

  • my friend is 17 and he does that rofl

  • go all the way down!

  • Going all the way down is a very unnatural movement for the shoulders. It can cause injuries, not to mention that you stimulate the muscle just as much using this range of motion.

  • Comment removed

  • he is barely stimulating the muscles with that short movement. muscles grow from the stretching and tearing. if the movement is only half, then it is only working at 50%. injuries come from horrible form and trying to lift too much weight or not stretching properly. that weight is too heavy for him. he should be dropping weight and perfecting his form. there is nothing wrong with going all the way down. as long as you know the movement, use a weight that you can control, and stretching.

  • @poeticink Wrong, any lower than a 90 degree angle and the pressue is placed on the shoulder joint and rotator cuff.

  • @Skinna5 I'm sorry but there is no scientific evidence to back up your claim. Full ROM or nothing, Anything else is just an excuse.

  • @YaMumYaNanYaGran I hope you are kidding. Doing exercise science/physiology for 1 year at university says otherwise. If you go below 90 degrees, you can blow out your rotator cuff.

  • @Skinna5 Oh my goodness! Really? One whole year!?!?!?!? WOOOOW!!!!!!!

I did 3. Big who cares! Doesn't change the fact that it is not damaging in the slightest when done properly with an appropriate amount of weight.

  • @YaMumYaNanYaGran when you go lower then 90 it completely takes the tension off your shoulder and just makes it harder to get back up. Its completely useless. Thats like doing a pull up and going down so that your shoulders toouch your neck, its useless.

  • @TheTheKRIT ha ha! What?!?! So when your elbows fall below 90 degrees which muscles are taking the tension? You're calves? You were spot on about one thing though; it IS harder to get back up. The right way is usually the harder way. Lower the weight and do it right. No excuses.

  • @YaMumYaNanYaGran The harder is usually the better way. That about somes it up. Your a dumb ass

  • @TheTheKRIT Whatever dude. If being a dumb ass means I train harder and smarter than you then I'm the biggest dumb ass on the entire planet. The only reason anyone does half reps is because they don't have the balls to show people what they can actually lift. You carry on massaging your ego with your easy half reps. i couldn't give a fuck.

  • @YaMumYaNanYaGran your gunna have lots of fun when your old

  • @TheTheKRIT Why don't you go and tell all the Olympic lifters, strongmen competitors and 99% of all bodybuilders that they are doing it all wrong? Because obviously the human body has evolved over hundreds of thousands of years to only lift loads above the head when the humerus is parallel to the ground. Otherwise it's dangerous!!!

You don't have a clue what you are talking about. You are lazy. You will always be weak.

  • @YaMumYaNanYaGran Theres plenty of beginner videos that beginners as yourself should really check out before lifting

  • nice

  • yes, boulder shoulders are the key, you got them.

  • you're still holding your breath man.

full breaths in and out with each rep.

btw, i'll send you a note regarding shoulders.......for inspiration....you really GET IT that boulder shoulders are the key to the best physiques.

  • i was actually thinking about what you said when i was doing these...i was trying my friend:)

  • When I first started lifting I had a bad habit of holding my breath thru the workout. My trainer always had to remind me to breath. lol.

  • @hoosierlifter yeah i remember a warm numbing sensation coming over my body one time doing incline hammer lol thats when I literally saw the fire flys lol

  • @JulianNavarro215 atleast ya tryed keep it up buddy =]

  • Hi, looks great! Each new video shows you bigger.

  • Wat is up with the dew man. I guess it gets annoying trying to spike it all the time. I know exactly how that is though. Very short video
