  • Blasphemy........Where is Megalodon?

  • 2:27 is one awkward looking shark!

  • @dogzilla09 Edestus,Stethacanthus,Helicoprion,Falcatus,Orthacanthus,

    Cladoselache,etc.

  • this guy doesn't know the FUCKING MEGALODON BITCHES

  • this guy doesn't know the megalodan

  • @XgamersX23 Yea. Which is kinda sad. Cause like, EVERYONE should know the megalodon. It's such a special shark<3

  • and Megalodon?

  • nice music, sharks are cool since they evolved 400 million years ago lol. about helicoprion, im pretty sure its lower jaw curls up siiliar to a snail shell thing and shape. except razor sharp teeth

  • By prehistoric, you mean 6000 years ago, right..?? Because if you believe that they are millions and millions of years old, that's just hilarious.

  • @crossdaily1 Almost as hilarious as your comment!

  • Kickass tribute, but how come you didn't include Megalodon? Was it because he has a tribute vid all to himself?

  • I'm SO glad some of these Sharks aren't alive anymore :P

There would really be no more swimming in the ocean xD

Thank GOODNESS the Megladon doesn't exist anymore. :3

  • @AmazonWomanShampoo, many scientist think that the Megalodon still does. I'm no scientist, but I do beleive. Most people say that it went extinct during the last ice age, but they're wrong. We've found teeth that are only a mere 10,000 years old, way after the last ice age. So unless someone can think of something that would have happened to the earth 10,000 years ago. I don't see any reason on why they would go extinct

  • @tommoore2012 there have been re-discoveries of extinct animals, but its hard to believe that something thats as big as a whale can not be found in all those years, its been too long, there is no way. of course half of the world's undiscoverred animals are still out there but their usually deep sea creatures and small aimals, a megalodon that sweeps through all of the oceans should have been found years ago, just my thoughts

  • @wkkimmy one: people or groups of people have claimed to see one over the years but all the sightings have been classified as impossible for no good apparent reason. Two, what about the giant squid, we knew they existed, but we've never seen one alive until the floated to the surface after death. And three, the reason why we don't see one very often is because there isn't really anything for them to eat at the surface, giant squid, sperm whales, and any other creatures that might have surrvived.

  • @tommoore2012 i understand wha you are saying and this is a fun thing to talk about. its just that like you said giant squids are barley seen alive, only dead. but of course, they live in the deepest parts of the ocean like the oar fish for example, very rare. but at the same time we find dead bodies of giant squids every year. while megalodons are even bigger, while they cant survive in depthes where the squid can, it makes them easier to spot, plus not a single corpse found.

  • @wkkimmy, there is a reason why we've never found a body of a Meg, one because of theway their bodies are built sharks sink when the die, they don't float like squids or whales and also, only their teeth and jaws are made of bone, the rest of the skeleton is made of cartlige and because of this, instead of the skeletons being fossilized like bones they decay when along with the body.

  • @wkkimmy and they could survive at the same depths as squids, have you ever heard of the Marina Trench? In massive trench are millions of volcanic vents that heat the water to a perfect temperature suitable for the sharks. In the last ice age when their species began to die out along with many other species, their instincts would have pushed them to go to the trench for survival and this applies to all animals, so it may not be just megs lurking in the shadows. Maybe the kronosaurus went with it

  • @tommoore2012 lol you got that from the meg series

  • @MrGamedude21, best series of books in the world right? I have to say, like you if you've read Hell's Aquarium yet, I was dissapointed witht he ending. But, Steve Alten is making a fith book, it's called, "Night Stalkers"

  • @tommoore2012 well, i had ought to read it

  • Also, we seem to be discovering supposively extinct species all the time. For example, just recently they discovered a form of shrimp a few millimeters long which was thought to have gone extinct 50 million years ago. And yes, you're about to start thinking that there's a differnence between a measly 3 millimeters and 70 ft. long shark, yeah well, there's an even bigger difference between 15,000,000 and 10,000

  • @tommoore2012 that makes the giant squid more rare then the megalodon, if say it was truly alive. megalodons are just much bigger versions of great whites, so they'll probably live just like the whites, but such a big carnivorous animal will have a hard time finding a suitable food souce, whales? i doubt it eats whales everyday. not a single evidence found, just rumours

  • Sharks are such awesome creatures!

  • whats the name of the shark with the flat fin

  • what are the name of this sharks ?

  • Who knows the name of the creature at 2:27? Starts with a "C", I think...

  • is a Helicoprion

  • Thanks

  • who do you think would win megalodon or sarchus imprator

  • @Rapator2 personally, i dont think thats how a helicoprion's jaw would've worked...whats the practicality of the curl downwards? The one at 0:59 seems more practical to me...

  • @Kzzori

what if it's flexible and works like a squid's arm or a chain saw :)

some of the other sharks' bizzare jaws may be highly mobile/extensible too :)

  • @StarSpawn06 Well...i considered that....but i dont think any sharks today hav a jaw like that...so....i still doubt that one....

  • @gckbowers411 maibe is sharkoctoteatph

  • Love it!

  • Awesome 5/5
