I found the PCB diagram I had made and put together a parts list as I was building the 2 "production" mods for TNS. I still need to document the inner connections, Between the 3 (PCB, Parts List, Inner sPhone doc), anyone should be able to follow it. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will do good things with it.
Worst Kitchen has asked that I not publish or otherwise make the docs available as they will package with purchase of any of the upcoming TNS CDs.
@redepoch76 Thanks! Tips? Be patient. Schematics? Soon I hope. Needed to table it to get an album out, but when I get all my stuff out again and start making the PCBs, I'll share. I know you and @anakinseviltwin are interested. ;-)
@WeekendWasteMonster It's tough. There's 2 tabs on each side and they're hot-glued. I ran a blade all around along the seam, then had to fiddle ever so gently for too long specifically near the tabs. I think I broke one on the sacrificial stylophone first. ;-)
@anakinseviltwin I'll see what I can dig up. I need to build a couple of more, that was the prototype. When I dig all that stuff out, I'll see what I can find and either post it or send you an PM. Thanks for faving it ;-)

That's sweet. But how did you open up the Stylophone to add in the ethernet without breaking it trying to get it open?

@jazzbassNick I just now sliced the sides where it is glued with my swiss army knife and got it to open + without breaking it. :o)

Is this mod included in the book? If not, is there anywhere that you posted any diagram of any sort to make this mod?

@anakinseviltwin oops - sorry. No, it's not in the book, but the book definitely helped get me past the "wet finger" stage.

Outstanding mods. Ethernet cable is good for this, clean and neat. Love the tea can!
