Very glad to hear him put down the newest I Am Legend adaptation. Putrid stuff, for certain.

I still have no idea why everyone who's ever made I Am Legend has felt the need to alter the book. The only one to bear the same title is probably one of the most unfaithful adaptations of a book i've ever seen.

@mistermajestyck Yeah and it's a shame to waste such a brilliant title on something that's not even slightly related to the book, but was "The last man on earth" not a pretty accurate portrayal of the book.

In one of his books I read was an interview with him where he said that you must write the story and not the genre and that was very inspiring to me.
