at the time i downloaded the hair + clothes etc from the sims 2 exchange, on their website. sign up and click on 'exchange-- sims'. there's also a search filter, and i searched 'avril lavigne' to get these exact hair styles and clothes. also ,try signing up on 'mod the sims' for even more awesome clothes, outfits, and mods, or The Sims Resource. all of these sites come up when you simply google 'The Sims 2'.
