That wasn't blowing up Nero. That was ejecting the Warp Core into the black hole to give them the boost needed to escape the singularity's gravitational pull. The Enterprise weren't cool enough to destroy Nero on its own. =P Future technology was needed for that.

think about it why would one blackhole sent him back in time but not the second one?
he likley went back to 2104. (because the first blackhole sent him 154 years back in time)
