She's not talented at all. Everybody can learn those songs. There's no improvisation or anything in it so it's just practice. It's just her young age, that makes her special in a way. Good for her to have started playing guitar at that age.

@kleinebudde i don't know about that.....I used to teach guitar for 10 years and believe me not everybody can do that at her age. Her notes are clean sounding and fairly well articulated, she is on beat and apparantly not vomiting from nerves and stage fright.

Sorry, I entered my previous comment before telling where you can get the guitars. Ed Roman Guitars in Las Vegas makes them under license from Semie Moseley's widow. They are the only officially licensed Mosrite guitars you can buy today and bear the Mosrite of California and Ventures model logos with the M cut headstock just like the originals.

As a child in the 60's I grew up on the Ventures as my father always played it in the house. I now have all of his copies of the original Ventures albums (plus some clear-orange bootleg copies dad picked up while in Japan). Fortunately I got to see them perform in the 80's. The sound is awesome and this young lady rocks! Contemporary Man or Astro-Man borrows a lot from the Ventures.

Just have to know where to look. A decent 60's era Ventures wil run between $2,000 - $3,500. I'll see what I can find. Gotta be real careful with Ventures models. People have been known to "piece" a Mosrite together and call it a "Ventures" model.

Mosrites, either love or hate em. You can still find them around. My family owns several. Including the last guitar Semie Mosley made. It's the 40th Anniversary Prototype. Made just before he died.Was going to put Mosrite back on the map.

Seeing Chicchi play bothboth inspires me and depress me at the same time! I have been playing these song for the last 30 years and this 8 year old can do it with so much flair and WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING! Given her age, her small hand and fingers doing what the original Ventures did, really put us adults to shame playing the same tunes. I wish her all the very very best in her career.

i know how to play this song and all the positions of here fingers are correct. this song is mostly played in first position near the bottom of the fret board and that is where she is playing it
